We recently completed a rear extension, internal refurbishment, and an upgrade to the first-floor bathroom on Orbain Road, Fulham SW6. Our clients wanted not only to enhance the aesthetic appeal of their space but also to optimise functionality for their family’s evolving needs. 

We incorporated a striking skylight and bi-folding doors flooding the space with natural light. This not only brings in abundant daylight but also serves as a focal point, adding a touch of modern elegance to the space. 

We lowered the ground floor level underpinning the existing foundation for the open plan kitchen and living. On the unaltered level, we designed an intimate family entertainment room. This layout created a dynamic spatial contrast, seamlessly blending the airy and expansive ambiance of the open-plan kitchen and living area with the cosy and inviting atmosphere of the family entertainment room.  

The first-floor bathroom received a sophisticated makeover, marrying contemporary design with practicality.
