Patrick Bradley is a multi-award-winning architect renowned for designing bespoke residential buildings across Ireland. From small extensions to high-end homes, he leverages his expertise to push design boundaries, delivering exceptional, innovative results. He gained international recognition for his groundbreaking project, Grillagh Water House, featured on Channel 4’s Grand Designs (2014), where he still resides. Patrick’s design philosophy emphasises uniqueness and sensitivity to context, blending site-specific elements, form, materials, and craftsmanship to create beautifully crafted homes tailored to each client’s vision. A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, he is registered with RIBA, RIAI, RSUA, ARB, and the Conservation Register.
