Richard Utting

Richard is part of the team responsible for creating the Independent Living Programme for Centrepoint. The programme offers homes to young people ready to leave supported accommodation who have a job/apprenticeship and guarantees a rent of no more than a third of their salary. The first phase of the programme will deliver 300 homes and aims to prove the model and engage Government nationally and regionally.
